卡波耶拉是一款源自非洲及巴西的武術，其柔合了格鬥、雜技、音樂及舞蹈。在全球超過160個國家都能夠找到這項武術的足跡；任何人都能學習卡波耶拉，除了能夠打破肉體和心靈上的界限之外，還能訓練力量、敏捷、創意、健康、思維及心靈！還能夠學習一個新的語言 - 葡萄牙文。 Capoeira is an African-Brazilian Martial Art which combines fight, acrobatics, music and dance. It’s practiced in over 160 countries worldwide; anyone can become Capoeira practitioners, break physical and mental barriers as well as develop strength, agility, creativity, a healthy body, mind and soul, and also learn another language "Portuguese".
Eddy Murphy大師擁有逾40年卡波耶拉的經驗，其教學亦有超過32年的年華。在國際性的卡波耶拉社群裏，Eddy Murphy大師是現時其中一位最受人尊敬的大師；他曾在巴西、西班牙、香港、墨西哥、中國、倫敦、新加坡、菲律賓、印度尼西亞、俄羅斯、加拿大、土耳其、美國、哈薩克共和國、澳門等等國家和地區授課及舉行工作坊。
Master Eddy Murphy practices Capoeira up to 40 years and has taught more than 32 years. Currently, he’s one of the most respected Masters around Capoeira world; giving workshops and teaching in Brazil, Spain, Hong Kong, Mexico, China, London, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Russia, Canada, Turkey, United States, Kazakhstan, Macau and many others.
在全球受萬人敬仰的Eddy Murphy大師，真名Edison Almeida，決定要紮根在澳門並在此推廣卡波耶拉的文化。在2001年，他帶著自己逾30年卡波耶拉的造詣隻身來到中國。經過一番努力後，大師被中國其中一間最大型的電視台 - 湖南衛視訪問，並承認他是第一個且唯一一個將卡波耶拉引入中國的大師，亦是澳門卡波耶拉教育的首位開拓者。
Represented by the most renowned Capoeira's Master established in Macau, Edilson Almeida, known around the world as Master Eddy Murphy. In 2001, he started his work in China, bringing more than 3 decades of experience in Capoeira’s art. He has been officially named by one of the biggest Chinese television networks (TV Hunnan) as the 1st and only Capoeira Master in all of China, making him also to be the 1st to develop Capoeira’s Education in Macau.
澳門的卡波耶拉教學始於2009年，在受到社會各界人仕的大力支持下迅速發展起來。我們曾參與過數之不盡的活動：澳門藝術節、澳門Cover Girl、葡韻嘉年華、上海世界博覽會、特區回歸慶典活動、澳門拉丁城區大巡遊、春節巡遊、中國 - 葡語文化週、以及於本地無數所學校和教育機構合作過。
Capoeira started in Macau in 2009, where it quickly gathered various supporters of this expressive work within the community of Macau. The group has participated in many events such as: Macau Arts Festival; Macau Cover Girl; Lusofonia's Festival; Expo Shanghai; Macau Handover; Macau Latin City; CNY Parade; Macau Cultural Week, as well as forming partnerships with schools and educational facilities of the region.

The main objective of our Capoeira group in Macau is to share education, art, happiness, Brazilian folklore, and above all to educate body and mind through Capoeira.
